WOW look how close we are to the top! - Page 2

Is it weird that I'm kind of disappointed we won't ever be the TOP top of the list, because of the way they cycle the clubs off in batches?

I am very lame. Further evidence of lame: I also feel a little disappointed for those of us due at the end of the month, because at the beginning of the month, everyone's filled with pent up baby celebration energy and goes crazy with the cheering. But by the end, most of the group is trying to cope with the actual baby, and there are only a few diehards left to cheer :P It's stupid, I know, because I've seen all the mamas come back after a few weeks and the cheering usually picks back up!

It is shocking how fast this pregnancy is going by. I do not have any clothes for a boy yet and I haven't got my labor tub figured out so I'm not ready! I'm guessing January will be a month full of nesting and preparing....

I've got 9 weeks left. It is starting to get painful to walk.....

6 weeks to go!! I'm dreading the "get this baby out!" weeks where I feel huge and uncomfortable, but I'm also looking forward to them so I'll be ready for labor. All too exciting and scary.

I hear ya sister, I'm 31 weeks today and I feel l like I have forever to go, even though it's only a two or three week difference. I have this vision of myself sitting alone in a virtual waiting room (accompanied by bad muzac of course), hearing all the other mama's celebrating down the hall, pathetic, I know. :

With BooBah, I was due 30 June and I was absolutely stoked-- it meant that I was sure to be able to keep the list going the whole time. The ones I felt bad for were the ones due toward the middle/end of the month who went late-- one woman ended up delivering on something like 21 July. : By then our DDC had been moved to Life with a Babe.

I've got just under 7 weeks to go here. I'll be really pleased if I get through another 4. :

I really like being due at the begining of the month, Feb. 1st. I like the feeling of being ahead of other people, although I am fairly certain I will not be one of the first to give birth. I have no history of going before the EDD, so I guess I won't this time either. It's better to think this way than to think I'll be early and go late instead. Last time, I was due July 22nd, and gave birth July 29th. I felt pretty alone toward the end in the July DDC.

I had this exact same EDD (only 20 years earlier) with Phoenix and she was ready on January 27, but when I go lurk on the January DDC, they all seem to be at a totally different place than where I am.

Also, I know and like the mamas here; I remember many of you from TTC and just from hangin' out on TAO and various other places of interest, so I've always felt like this is where I belong.

I complain plenty, but I'm definitely not feeling "done" with being pregnant and maybe I never will, since I don't have an unsupportive partner this time. It would be kind of fun to share a birthday with this little one, which would be one day before EDD, but I've never gone past 40 weeks before and seriously, it would be a new experience for me and also give me a bit more time to get ready.

This pregnancy, which is more than likely my last ever, has gone by way too fast!

It's odd... I feel like this pregnancy has just crawled along. It hasn't been as long as the first (I really felt like I was pregnant forever with him, though it was just over 37 weeks) but it sure feels like it's just taking it's time. :

I have 7 weeks officially to go but with how crampy I've been the past few days I'm really just holding out for about 4 more weeks and then anything after that is bonus. And I am SO NOT READY. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!

I have about 6 more weeks to go (although all of our babies have been late by as much as 12 days). I am totally not ready for the baby and wish that I had another 9-10 weeks to get ready! I keep telling myself that this baby will be born around Valentine's Day. Once things settle down from the holidays I will begin to get ready. We are not even close to a name yet, and we have to pick a girl and boy name.....!!!!

DD was born Oct 31st, LOL!!! Talk about the end of the month!! (she was 'due' the 27th). But I'm not much better off this time...due the 28th in a 29 day month LOL...I'll probably have a March baby, but you never know.
