i voted yes, a little, but this year we're in an apartment so actually all i have is mistletoe over the door.

when i used to have a house, I would just do a string of purple lights around the front door, maybe a jingle bell around the doorknob, nothing too big, i.e. wasteful+expensive+difficult

My fave way to decorate outside is to make edible ornaments and such to hang in the trees for the birds and squirrels--my kids used to love trying to spot the cardinals coming to feast every morning!

We do them, but have switched to all LED!

not because we're lazy
not because lights are un-green
not because they are expensive

Although it doesn't seem financially practical to me.

No, because we don't celebrate Xmas so we have no reason to hang up holiday lights.
