Joining the Pumpers...

You mamas on this board have been so good to me. I cannot thank you enough for all you've done...It is with a heavy heart that I'm officially joining the pumpers. Or I guess, they are called the EP'ers. Sadly, I cannot produce all the milk he needs for one day, but we are getting there...gradually...getting like 1/2 oz. more each week (not day, week). I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but for us it's a huge step in the right direction. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers!

You've done a great job so far - and still providing him with ANY breastmilk is 10053294372 times better than none. I had a low supply and did quite a bit of pumping supplementing - and then suddenly around 9/10 months when she was getting some calories from solids my supply was enough for what she needed and she went back to the breast....and is still nursing at 2 1/2!!! Dont give up - this isnt the end...just a little bump in the road. You are doing a wondeful job!

You are sooooo awesome for doing this for your child! Any mom that pumps has my utmost respect and awe.

I EP'd 18 months for dd. I know how hard it is. 1 drop of milk is better than none! Keep up the great work!

I've been EPing for 21 months, and have used over half the pumps out there. If there's anything I can do to support you, just let me know! You go, girl!
