Is this dish likely to have lead?

Hi,
I would love to buy this one. Is this likely to have lead or other toxic chemicals in it? I'm concerned about porcelain enamel finish. Thanks!

I also have a roaster like this. I bought it in a yard sale - it looks pretty old. I think it is steel inside as magnetic sticks to it.

Is this safe to use?

I can't see the first one, but on the second one... safety would be dependent on how old "old" is. Newly made enamelware does not contain cadmium or lead. But older enamelware may contain cadmium (but not lead).
