St. John's Wort & Breastfeeding

I keep posting this in different places but no one answers. I need to know how much SJW is safe to take while bf'ing. What is better liquid or capsules? I asked at the local HFS but they didn't know. Please help if you can.

St. John's wart is probably safe for breastfeeding. Like all the other SSRI's, it is secreted in the breastmilk, but at very low levels like Zoloft.

St. John's wart is widely used in Europe, even more so than Prozac in many areas. There is a lot known about it. I would personally feel just as comfortable using this as I would a prescription drug while nursing.
