coop?

is there such a thing as a homeschool coop?

or even a book coop????

its makes tons of sense to me!!

Our HS group has two CoOps.

There is a main one open to the entire group. We offer classes for the kids..taught by the Moms. They also work on a Christmas play during the semester and perform it in December.

We also have one for those of us who use KONOS. Every few weeks we get together and have an activity pertaining to what everyone's been studying. In the summer the Moms have a meeting to plan the units for the year.

Is that what you mean??

actually i was thinking coops to buy things - like they for other stuff

although i def. have interest in cooping classes/activities!!
