Anyone else work retail?

oh I am so, so, so glad the Christmas Rush is OVER!!!! I work at a Spa and had to work all last week and all day today and was on my feet for about 9 hours a day running around like a chicken with my head cut off wrapping gifts and writing gift certificates, not being able to so much as pee much less eat as often as I needed. But now, after working all day today...with achy swollen feet...IT'S OVER!!!!!

I totally know what you are feeling! I used to work in a specialty candy store in the mall and boy, Christmas, Easter and Valentines day kicked my butt every year.

I work in retail and so does dh and I am so glad we will both go back to normal hours soon. I am reducing my hours but looking soooooo forward to a slow January and missing a busy late Feb.

i will be even more glad when dh steps down from being store manager and doesn't have to deal with all of the store crap.
