~*~*~Merry Christmas!~*~*~

I hope all of you fellow December Mommas are happily enjoying a cozy loving day! I would like to thank all of you for all the wonderful support that you have given me these many months and I am looking forwards to many months and years of love laughter and stinky stories as we watch these new bundles grow up! I hope you are feeling me reaching through your monitor for a big huge cyber hug! Have a fantastically wonderful day!

Tag, you're it. I hope your veddy British Christmas is full of flaming plum pudding and spotted dick and bands of carolers singing for tuppence and murders at the vicarage. That's what Christmas is like in the UK, right? Right?

LMAO!!! I read that to my very British Hubby and he looked at me like *I* had grown 2 heads!

I tell you one thing--we live in the second largest city in England and it is dead quiet--eerily quiet--no busses running and very little traffic.

Also we (Hubby and I) are forgoing the traditional Christmas turkey or goose or duck, and having big thick T-bone steaks and baked mushrooms and potatoes. We aren't even going to have Christmas pudding or cake because we both think that they taste yucky, LOL! It is my American self rubbing off on my Hubby--I am corrupting him HAHAHA

40w + 4d here. I'm glad she didn't decide to put in an appearance this morning. It was nice to get to watch the other kids open their presents. But now, she can come out. (Didja hear that Gracie? Come out!!) Praying for patience for myself and for all of you, that none of us kill our relatives that ask, "Ya haven't had that baby yet, hardeharhar?!"

I usaully just lurk on this board, but I decided to post today while I am in labor! I can't believe I am in labor on christmas day! I have been having ctx 5 min apart for the last 2 hours. My labor started this morning at 7 am while ds was opening his presents! We will see if its the real thing! my MIL is over to help watch ds and put the turkey in since we are the hosts for xmas dinner.

Hi mamas. Here, pregnant. My Dh's best friend is coming over later today and I haven't seen him since last Christmas time (he lives in CO). So I am hoping to stay preggo!

Nothing nothing, tralalala... I seem to have gotten a Christmas reprieve from contractions, and there's nothing fun happening here in dilation land either. Labor Support SWAT Team arrives tomorrow at 7:30pm, so perhaps that's what the baby is waiting for?

LizzardBits: I'll take your very British Christmas, if you're not using it... we're cooking up a rib roast with yorkshire pudding and sticky toffee pudding for dessert (even though I hate the stuff... DH insisted), and are currently killing time madly waiting for the Dr. Who Christmas Special to hit the Internet so we can watch it too. I suppose we could find a link for the Queen's christmas address too, if you consider that essential.

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it, and a happy day to the rest of us

Olivia is two weeks old today, and the lucky little Coconut gets to celebrate with a trip to my parents' house for Christmas dinner ... fun fun!

I can't believe it, it's too perfect, but it's totally snowing! My mom & brother are here from California, they haven't laid eyes on snow for like 10 years, & here it is snowing on Christmas day! I'm so happy. And we have a cozy fire going in the fireplace. : Aaaaaaah, cozy Christmas.
