i am, but dd was born 11/30. i have to say, i'm nowhere near ready. my stitches still hurt too much! i'm even nervous about my 6-week check. i remember it hurt like a son of a bitch last time....

I am, its still red blood, and smelly, too. I delivered on 12/3. No pain, though. I am ready to dtd.

I gave birth on 12/2 and am still bleeding. I keep thinking that it's done and then having a mess... Due to a cabinet mix-up, I used lighter pads before heavier ones and now I only have heavy ones left. They're not so comfortable now and I keep trying to go without. The sensible thing would be to go the store or wash my mama cloth...

Anyway, I'm not really sore anymore. With tandem nursing craziness, though, I'm not sure when I'll ever be ready to have sex...even when the lochia stops.

I am still having intermittent red blood ( delivered on 11/22), still with odor. I had a csection. I am NOT ready to DTD - just dont feel emotionally or physically ready to resume being a sexual creature. DH is sure ready, though.

I probably will win a record here. I had babies on 11/5 and still bleeding (7.5 weeks later). I have my postpartum appt tomorrow and anxious to see what ob says about this never ending bleeding (it was always over by 6 weeks with the other 3). Its finally lightened up in the last few weeks, but not enough where I can see an end in sight yet.

I haven't bled in a week. But I had a lot of bleeding on and off until then. I kept thinking it was over, but no. I'll be 8 weeks this Saturday.

Okay, well at least two of you were around my delivery date. I delivered on 11/13. Argh, 6 weeks and it keeps letting up then gushing out...sorry tmi. I've been on methergine for possible retained placenta and I'm still bleeding.

Although physically I'm not ready to DTD (still sore down there ALOT), emotionally and hormonally I am very ready. DH and I argue about stupid stuff when we don't DTD too, does this happen to anyone else?

I'm only 23 days PP, but FWIW, I'm still spotting on the brown side of the color spectrum, been doing that for a few days and it's getting less heavy every day. Haven't had any heavy bleeding for about 2 weeks.

I had my DS on 18 October and didn't really stop bleeding until about 8 weeks PP. I still have a tinted/spotty discharge. Totally normal according to my OB. Very weird.

Well, I feel much better knowing I'm not the only one bleeding. I had mine 11/19 (he was 43 weeks - I was in the Oct DDD). It keeps stopping, going dark and then to a clear discharge, and then I stop wearing pads and boom bright red again. I was starting to think it was something wrong with my hormones. I don't care to have sex again myself (terrified of getting pregnant again!!), but I would like to stop wearing pads!

Yep, me too. It slows down, turns brown, I think it's about to be over with, and then suddenly a lot of bright red blood again and it starts over. If it lasts about another week, I'm going to call the doctor about it.

I'm not sure if my very light bleeding is vaginal or leaky roids. I know there is blood with my stool, but when I wipe to see if there is any vaginal blood there seems to be nothing there except a very faint tinge. I'm going to ask my OB if they're bad enough to operate on before I loose medicaid at the end of next month.
