It doesn't immediately and directly concern the U.S., or so some might think. Rather, it appears to concern a matter of British politics, something in which the American press has precious little interest (unless for some bizarre reason it also involves the royal family). Therefore, you probably won't see much about it in U.S. papers.

However, I recommend that anyone who _is_ interested in this affair should check out the source documents and transcripts posted by the Guardian. You can find them here:
