Recommendation for good labor/birth video?

Can anyone recommend a good video on labor I can pass along to SIL? They are first time parents and are not interested in taking any kind of childbirth prep class but would like to watch a video of what to expect. They're quite mainstream so nothing too out there but something that will give some good options for pain relief, the reality of labor & delivery, etc... and maybe steer as much toward natural as possible. I'm pretty sure she's planning an epidural but I just feel like she's going into it all so unprepared and uninformed, I'd like to nicely help her to think a bit more beforehand.

I'd just direct her to youtube cause they have soo soo soo many free birth videos and while watching - she may just see the difference between normal and medicated and change her mind.

Naoli Vinaver's (sp?) Birth Day is very nice, gives positive images of partners working together, and is cheap, like 25 bucks. It is a water birth so less graphic than some of those up close shots you see in these films. "Stages of Labor" is good too, more mainstream but explains a lot of the medical side. It is mucho expensive, you may be able to borrow it from a midwife or CB educator.

"Baby Story" on cable is the one to avoid.

"Birth as we know it" is a wonderful video, alot on waterbirths, but shows woman in controle and peacful births. A very moving video.

Birth as we know it would probably be the wrong choice for a mainstream type. i recommend www.itsmybodymybabymybirth.com. Awesome & affordable.
