Someone point me in the right direction. I can't stand my regular underwear anymore! I'll wear old lady underwear! I don't care!

...but I have no idea where to look!

I went and bought old lady underwear Just the nice HIGH briefs in a bigger size. They aint sexy, but they are comfy.

I bought Old Navy maternity underwear online several months ago.

They were great when my tummy wasn't so big; throughout the second trimester. Now that my tummy is big, they just roll their way down under my belly the same way regular undies do.

I'm sure someone makes good maternity underwear that covers the entire stomach, but I haven't found them yet. And if they haven't, then don't steal the idea from me, it's mine!

Motherhood has the *best* maternity underwear and it took a lot of searching during my last pregnancy to discover them. They are not a cotton knit, more of a stretchy blend and they come in packages of three in mostly neutral shades (peach, nude, black and white is what I've found). In the two stores I've bought them in they hang right below the counter area. They are SO comfortable, fit below the belly but have a generous enough butt area to stay down and not ride up. And they don't give pressure points or feel bunchy under my pants.

oh, that's funny, i hated the ones i got at motherhood! maybe they were too small, but the elastic dug in and then fell apart really quickly. plus the cheap cotton felt like children's underwear to me.

There are a few different types. I hated the cotton ones I got there and I agree with you that they did feel cheap. I am wearing the same underwear from my DDs pregnancy with this one and they are in fantastic shape. They are sort of like the material that the Body by Victoria are, the ones that are supposed to be seamless? I hope that helps clarify.

What I've found that I like ...and I realize that our bodies are all different... but these are really comfortable on me....

You have to get the exact ones or it just won't work right. (I've tried similar ones but they didn't work the same way.)

They're regular underwear made by Hanes Her Way and are called Hipsters and are cotton. I think they *may* have a couple different kinds now, but there are more like the underwear you'd buy for a little girl without the fancy waistbands, etc. They're all cotton, and none of this "stretchy" business. They're just plain ole cotton "Hipsters" by Hanes Her Way.

Oh & I buy them up one size than I normally would. They don't "ride up" and they sit nicely below my tummy. Some days I have to push them down a tiny bit but it's not even noticeable that i'm wearing them, which is a HUGE plus!!!!!

If you really want, I can take a picture of them. LOL

I should also mention that I don't like anything on my tummy. It really bugs me, so I never liked the big ole maternity underwear.

Men's boxer shorts? It works for me...

I don't like anything on my tummy either, I just wear your regular Hanes Her Way bikini underwear but in a size larger.
they fit nicely over my huge butt, and sit right under my belly. Plus they are not as expensive.

Ok, I ordered some Motherhood undies in 2 different styles, and I'll look for the others! Thanks, all...

Men's boxers...hmmm...maybe I'll grab some from DH's drawer & see how that flies!

My MIL gave me $75 giftcard for Motherhood maternity for X-mas and I could not bring myself to buy maternity clothes with it since any clothes I buy will be expensive and still only make me look so-so........ So I decided to use the money on some good nursing bras and maternity underwear (which will also likely fit postpartum) and I have felt amazing ever since I bought these undergarments.

All my other underwear was driving me crazy but these underwear just feel dreamy. They were 3 for 10$ which is more than I like to pay for underwear but since it was a gift I splurged and got 6 pairs. I LOVE THEM!

yep! I just bought some Fruit of the Loom hipsters at the Dollar Store and they are the best! I can't imagine wearing anything that goes over the belly or anything with elastic whatso ever. The cheappo panties I got don't have elastic or any sort of "band" really.

I have a few pair of those seamless nylon briefs that fit over my belly very nicely. Other than that I'm either wearing the bikini underwear I bought when I got pregnant with the bella band to help keep them up or som very old Hanes Her Way bikini cotton briefs that I'll be wearing through the post-partum period and then tossing since they are so old. My old cotton bikinis and the nylon panties both come up pretty high on me, but I have a very short rise and they are plus-sized so that helps.

Not in your DDC, but just wanted to give another thumbs-up for the Motherhood underwear; they're a lifesaver!

I've been wearing Hanes boycut (might be called "hipsters"?) cotton briefs size L. They're nice!! They go under my belly and wash up nice. And they're not old lady. And they're cheap.

I can't stand to have anything pressing on my pregnant belly and really enjoy maternity unders plus they give great support.
Ditto to the "they ain't pretty"... I hid mine from my husband. He discovered them at one of my Midwife visits and couldn't stop laughing at me. But hey, I was comfortable.

I have the motherhood panties and I love them. I also bought grannie panties in a size bigger and they are comfy too.

Funny, I hated the hipster (aka "boy short" style, depending on where you live) ones! I can still wear my regular underpants (though how, I have no idea, given my enormous weight gain). The Motherhood bikini style is pure bliss. Don't know how they made a waistband that doesn't dig or cut, but they did.

Most of my maternity clothes were passed on by new moms, but last night I splurged on Motherhood's "secret fit" jeans. The "waistband" is more like "bra band" but good grief, between the non-digging panties and the non-cutting waist, I feel like I can go another week or two even without any sleep :P
