Dh and I are finally ready to ditch this suburban hellhole and get an older home in a traditional neighborhood. The only thing stopping Dh is the asbestos factor.
I know that you can/should get professional contractors to remove the asbestos, but what is the environmental impact of the removal and disposal? If we're trying to be eco-conscious, are we better off avoiding this venture?
