I need a new muffin tin. How do the stonewear ones work, do you have to use paper liners all the time? How would you get in the cups to scrape them out afterwards? Where can I find a stainless steel not non stick one otherwise?

as well as they're well-seasoned, nothing sticks
Just get them pre-seasoned and then just make sure you grease them well so they stay good and seasoned
