Favorite birth class supplies

I've been given some funds to buy some more birth supplies for a hospital based class that I teach. I've got a lot of good stuff, but am hoping there might be some other great things out there that I've missed that I can add.

What are you favorite birth class things that you like to teach with?

clay or playdough to teach effacement and dilation-- because it can be rolled as well as shaped to show both and the difference.
little dolls that you can hold up to mom to show position , head to tuck for flexion-- also draw fontanels on the head-- so soft body with plastic heads
I know that there is other stuff-- at this point I would want to practice how to move around with a BP cuff on an arm- and the leads of monitors to the other side and IV tubes -- some gowns to play with so women and partners know how to fiddle with them- actually for the hospital I would probably want monitor heads and belts--

since BP cuffs can be taken off and timed to be put on ....
