Baby dropping?

I have preterm labor with this one as well as my older one...

fFN have been negative and up until this point I have had no cervical change.....

Since Christmas afternoon I have been having a lot of contractions (mostly bh but quite a few good strong painful contractions)

This morning I headed up to Hanna Anderson with my son to hit the rocking twice annual sale and felt great when we left home...

we played at the mall, saw all the fountains and walked around for about an hour or so.

On the drive home (about 45 min) I started having very VERY low cramping, felt like the worst menstrual cramps I have ever had...I was certainly breathing through them also cramping radiated to my lower back.

Got home I had a bath and lied down for an hour or so.

When I woke my belly was considerably and visibly much lower...Is it possible that my LO dropped in to engaged position already?

If she had dropped is it way to early and should I be concerned?

thanks as always

Really no insights....do I call my doc or not?

There really can't be that many babies being born this very moment that no one has a min. to respond

How far along are you? It's really common for the baby to drop earlier in subsequent pregnancies. My 2nd dropped at like 28 weeks, and my 3rd was never high.

I wouldn't be concerned at the baby dropping, it is normal for moms of 1 or more, from what I've been told. But if you have any more contractions, you should definitely go to the hospital to make sure you aren't dialating, especially since you have a history of preterm labor.
