Bunny/teddy bear pattern

I posted in the sewing section, and realized that folks over here might have more ideas - I am looking for patterns to make some big teddy bears and/or bunnies out of some chenille that I have been saving - anyone have a great pattern, or know where to find one? I am thinking of something about 20 inches or so, a good cuddly soft plush. My dd has a bear made from antique quilts - this would be perfect, and I may end up just trying to replicate that pattern. But I wanted to search around first for an existing pattern. Thanks!
