are we really supposed to go join the January DDC? I don't post very often, but I read a fair amount and feel attached to this group. It seems weird to me that we'd go join another group just because our babies decided to stay put for a few more days.

That has always seemed weird to me too. This is a due date club and your due date hasn't changed. I think y'all should stay here as long as you like and then come over to the new message board too. I can't imagine losing all of you ladies that haven't had your babies yet after hanging out with you for so long!

I mentioned going over to January the other day, but honestly, I cannot imagine trying to get to know another group.

I'm likely to stay put right here, even if I'm just posting and then responding to my own posts.

I was due in July with Anna-Lee and she was born in June. 2.5 years later, I still post with my due in July girls on a private forum (not MDC mamas, we were on AOL). I couldn't imagine leaving a ddc just because my dc decided to come early/late.

I can't imagine this DDC without all you! We've been together for 9 months-just because you haven't had your babies yet-doesn't mean you don't belong here!

I"ll try to respond to your posts, but please know that even if I am not chatty lately, it doesn't mean I am not on here reading and rooting for all of you to have your babies soon!

i don't think anyone here really knows who i am at all, but i wouldn't go to january. my "due date" is still december 20, even if she hasn't arrived yet.

You all will always be "my girls" but I can also see the benefit of posting in the January DDC - they are all still pregnant! Most everyone here is not.....

I don't think you have to leave if you don't want to. I am still here but not posting very much cuz there is so much going on over here. Besides, I have to share the computer with 6 other people.
