I'm working on my degree in holistic health, and have spent the past year studying herbology - also I've asked the opinion of my dr (who is a chiropractor, and uses herbs quite regularly) I let him know I was thinking about taking up to an ounce of RRL/day, and he said he didn't see a problem with that for me. He says he regularly uses RRL in the first trimester to deal with nausea. FWIW, I haven't noticed any spotting at all, or I'd probably cut back. It is my opinion that RRL is a tonic herb - that it doesn't seem to cause adverse effects in most people.

I've noticed that today is the first day that I've expereinced any nausea - and I haven't had my infusion in a few days... Could be a coincidence, but if there is anything I can do to avoid the intense nausea I had last time, I'll do it!
Ah i see i just though because its used to tone and strengthen the uterus that it might not be safe or actually may be it because the one i had said not to use it before a certain stage if you had a previous c section so i just assumed you couldn't take it during the first trimester.
Hope the morning sickness keeps away im the other end i wish i had more so i could relax a little even if i feel crap i know im mad

I'm starting to have waves of nausea every now and then, but other than that I feel just about completely not pregnant. I'm also one that likes a few symptoms just to know that everything is okay.

I can testify to the effect that you can have cramps and not be having problems but I know what you mean about being scared too. I've noticed with my pregnancies that I have had some cramping aroudn the time that I wouldh have had my period which I've been told is normal. As can a little bit of spotting at this point also.

I've been having quite a bit of discharge that always freaks me out because I"m afraid it's going to be blood and it turns out to be nothing. Every day that goes by that I'm still pregnant makes me breathe a little easier
