anyone else STILL having morning sickness??

I can't believe it! I'm STILL having morning sickness!!

If I can get myself to sleep in until 9 or 10, I usually don't throw up. But if I wake up early like today (around 7) I almost ALWAYS get sick.

I know this is all to do with hormones, and my body supporting the healthy pregnancy...but it's really a pain.

My midwife suggested taking Unisom at night (apparently it used to be prescribed for morning sickness) but I'm wary of taking a sedative while pregnant. She also suggests B6, which I *do* take faithfully every night.

Sigh. Just a few more days! I can make it!

BUT. What I want to know is...are any others having constant morning sickness???

I did get a little nauseaus the weekend before Christmas up to a couple days after. When I would wake up, I would be nausaues. It's gone now for me. I hope you find either an end soon or the end of your sickness soon!

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing morning sickness. My SIL had really bad morning, noon and night sickness throughout her whole pregnancy and had to take diclactin (or whatever it's called ). I find when I take my prenatal vitamin for several days in a row, I get nauseous. I think it's the iron. Are you still taking yours daily? Just wondering. It's almost over.......

I do. I'm 37 weeks 3 days. I'm one of the lucky ones who gets to have m/s from 5 weeks until the baby is out. I hate it. It's so hard to live like this, especially when I have other small ones who need to be cared for. I have been on Zofran since 10 weeks. It's the only thing that makes a real difference for me. My first pregnancy was like this too.

It *IS* hard to live like this! And hard to explain it to people who haven't experienced it.

Once the day starts off sick, it's hard to build up any steam for the rest of the day.

They haven't prescribed me any meds for the morning sickness, but suggested B6. It does help, but not enough.

Oh well...just a few more days!

I'm 31 weeks along with my first, and I get terrible morning sickness still. I have to stay in bed at least until 10 AM, but that's just to keep me from getting sick. I still feel sick no matter what I do or what I take (including prescription drugs for nausea) all day. Sometimes it lets up a little at night before bed.

The biggest bummer for me is that I'm having trouble nor losing weight still, and it's been almost impossible to gain anything. It makes me worry about the baby's health.

I really feel for you, although it's almost a relief to hear that I'm not the only woman to ever have this! Hopefully it will make postpartum easier, with such a big difference in how you feel all the time. Good Luck!
