I would like to make an Olivia-ish dress for my dd's Waldorf doll. However, every pattern I've found for Waldorf clothes has some kind of fastener at the back of the shirt . . . even the flannel nighties. That has me wondering - should I put a fastener at the back, or do people make their doll clothes that use knits without bothering?
