Mennonite Dress pattern for girls?

My ex-SIL just came back with a dress for my neice from her local thrift which I really really love! She called it a mennonite dress, and it looked very easy to make. Each peice was serged then sewn into the dress.

I would love a pattern or instructions for how to make some of these dresses, as they would be so cute on my DD!
