I want to make a petticoat, can you tell me how?

I want an A Line petticoat with one big ruffle on the bottom,,,i dont need a pattern just some instructions, any one know of some good online instructions or can you tell me? thx

I've only gone as far as working out the measurements but I've made similar skirts and things and it should be fine.

Well, it has two ruffles rather than one, but it probably wouldn't be too hard to adjust the tutorial.
