Yeah...thankfully, it's mostly just maudlin sentimental, though, even moreso than I've been throughout - I get all teary at the blink of an eye these days, especially at baby-related things. We saw the movie Juno yesterday & there's a scene in which a woman is holding a newborn & it's looking at her and I just totally lost it. (And felt weepy for a long long time afterward!) My husband looked at my sweater as we were getting up to leave the theater, pointed at some dark spots around my neckline and said, "Huh! What's that?" I looked down and said, "Oh! Those are teardrops!"
...Though I've definitely had a few "Everyone needs to just back off & be quiet" moments this trimester, also - grouchies that I haven't had for most of the PG. I shudder to think what my moods would be like if I were eating garbage.
I got up early today after some yucky nightmares, but made myself happy with a hearty breakfast of clementines and NT brown rice pudding (slightly modified recipe - but dang. I really love that stuff). And last night I put up a batch of raw ice cream, with gingerbread flavorings, so that should be AWESOME today (is there a "drooling" emoticon?). indeospero
