Any advice for fixing elastic in this CD

I am in SERIOUS need of dipes fast. I got some fuzzi bunz in the mail for free, they just require that i fix all of the elastic, it is completely shot...

Anybody ever fixed it in a FB, any advice and yes I know how to sew and all.
