Anyone out there have experience with Brewer's Diet?
I bought myself a whiteboard today and made a checklist in permanent marker of all the things I should be eating daily/weekly. That way I can just check things off during the day and erase the checks before starting again in the morning.
I admit that it feels a little like I'm back on Weight Watchers.
Except I don't have to count the d*mn points...

) People have been so trained to think fat is bad and we're depriving our cells of the basic nutrient they need to function. Same thing with salt too. Every cell in your body needs it. Don't skimp. Best to get Celtic Sea Salt. It has the most potent level of iodine. Good luck with it.
