do you really think organ trafficking happens? do people pay for organs? I thought it was a great look at London's underground.

Haven't seen the movie, but absolutely it happens. There are places in the world where it's institutionalized in horrendous ways.

I heard on NPR some years ago about Chinese prisoners who were forcibly operated on to remove healthy "nonessential" organs for the organ market.

Can only imagine it's still happening and all over the place ...
