Thank you- that site looks really good. so far i am 4wpp and no ppd yet, but i have had it with all of my other girls, so i'm knocking on wood and trying to do things differently this time. so far it's working.

Glad to hear you are doing good Lisa - my baby blues seems directly linked to whether or not I've had more than 3 hours of sleep and a frozen waffle in the previous 24 hours. Some days we stay on the ball, and some days I fall flat off, but thankfully I am learning to eat my ego and ask friends and family for help. Why is that so hard?
