I was ROBBED!!

Yesterday, my sister came to visit and meet the baby. She got to hold & snuggle Gracie while she napped. When I got my sweet little baby back, she REEKED of perfume & fabric softener. So after my sister left, I washed Gracie's hair and changed her clothes, but I can't get that chemical-y smell out of her hair! I WANT MY NEWBORN SMELL BACK!!

I had to wash away the newborn smell from Reese after Christmas with the inlaws because she faintly smelled of smoke. I <3 that newborn smell!

that happened here too after a visit w/grandma. i do sometimes still catch a faint hint of newborn smell though - and if it's my imagination i hope it continues for years to come

I'm sorry Happens every time my mom gets a hold of Olivia ... fortunately the perfume stink goes away pretty quickly and I'm back to smelling baby.

That happens here everyday. Dh always smells like his work when he comes home and he holds the baby. The smell always goes away after awhile.
