Does anyone here keep a journal of your reading? If so, how do you organize it? Do you use a bound journal, a 3-ring binder, a spiral notebook? I've started a journal for Don Quixote as I'm reading it with a book club and wanted to keep notes and such for our discussions (we are only meeting every other month), but I'm considering also keeping one for some of the other things I am reading. But, if I do that, I think I'll want to keep the books/stories separate and a spiral notebook doesn't seem the way to go. So, I'm just curious if anyone else uses a journal or has in the past.
