It seems that I get hungry about this time every night. So far my snack has been a bowl of Special K berries. I love this as my snack in the middle of the night!!!

I'm a midnight snacker, too. Always cereal.

I have to eat a full meal before I go to bed, plus drink a glass of milk when I get up to pee in the middle of the night. If I don't, my sugar levels are sky high in the morning!

I usually have cereal, yogurt, fruit. . . I'm always starving at night!

My MW recommends oatmeal for those midnight snacks, so I've been trying to stick with it. She says oatmeal should also relax me and help me get back to sleep. I'm not convinced yet, but at least it doesn't give me heartburn. Usually.

I've been getting up in the middle of the night, too. Peanut butter crackers, or a granola bar, or cereal is usually my pick.

The last couple of nights, I've been hungry in the middle of the night too, but I usually just ignore it and go back to sleep. Yoghurt is my midnight choice, though, if I do eat something (usually eaten right from the container... )

I'm from the Oct 07 DDC but I couldn't help but laugh when I read this thread. I remember all the midnight snacking. For me it was cereal, oatmeal, muffins, tahini and bannana sandwiches, and the list goes on.....
My dd is 2.5 months and I am up now in the middle of the night reading this-not because she woke me but I am hungry (BFing burns a lot of calories

LOL. I can't ignore it and go back to sleep! I will be so hungry and can't sleep at all if I try to ignore it! I'm glad you can though.
