Has anyone else been watching I Love the 70's on VH1?

It's pretty fun and it's bringing back childhood memories.

How funny this thread is here...

We went out to eat at a pizza joint today with a TV in it that had this show on, and it was about 1972. I about died when they showed stuff about "Deep Throat" when a young teenage boy was sitting with his mom or grandma there!

It was fun to see the stuff they were showing!

DH and I are loving it! He doesn't know about most of the stuff because he didn't grow up in the US, but thinks it's so hysterically funny! The commentary is great-especially Hal Sparks and Mo. But some of the stuff I was like wow-it's that old? I.E.-Ozzy's Ironman-had no idea that was from 1970. Thought it was like '79.
Funny funny-even better than I love the 80's.

I am so enjoying this show! I was born on '69 so I was a young youngster for the '70's and watching this show is bringing back memories that have been long buried in my brain. It's also interesting to me because I can put a timeframe on a certain thing and say to myself, "Okay, when that happened I was 5." I'm astounded at how much I remember. The most recent thing that floored me was the clips of H.R. Pufnstuf... I watched that show like a maniac when I was little!

I think I have seen every episode except 1970 and 1979.
I was born in 67, so these shows are freaking me out.
When they showed clips from Shazam and Isis I almost died. I loved Isis.
Last night they started to show the clips from "Halloween" and I said, "that was one scary-ass movie", and then the dude on show commenting said the exact same thing right after I said it! My family was LOL. It was weird!

I agree on the people making the comments throughout the show. They are pretty funny

I love them . . .it's like a trip down memory lane. I even love the commercials they show from the 70s. I was born in 71 so it was groovy to see what was popular back then.

I have been watching it with dp and laughing at his reactions. It is only fair he laughed at me during I love the 80s. You see he was born in 70 and I wasn't around until 76.

Yes, yes yes! I stayed up way too late last night watching 77, 78, and 79. It was such a goofy time! I had one of those Simon games, I'd completely forgotten about it. It was a fun time to be a kid, but uh, there sure was a lot going on for the adults back then too! Didn't realize that at the time.

I was born in 73, but I remember so much of the pop culture.

What is it about those two episodes? I can't seem to catch them either!
I'm loving this series though. I loved the "I Love the 80's" one too though.
