I don't see it mentioned, but I'm reading "The Golden Compass" for a book club and can hardly put it down. And when it was decided I was less than trilled. Not normally my thing at all. It's fantasy fiction. Lot's and lots of layers - philosophical, religious, etc. Easy to read and lots to think about.
