I keep feeling wet and expecting AF and just feel a tad crampy, is that normal? I don't remember what happened last time
post #2 of 25
Yes, I remember feeling that way with my first pregnancy.

I've been feeling that for the past several days. I still can't stop checking the tp every time expecting to see blood. It's not there, though.

yeah maybe it's just paranoia

I have only had one progesterone level and it was 17.6 which is OK I think, the OB never rang back when I called on Thur, I rang Fri and still no reply, I hate paging him.

They gave me prog pills but they made me really sick, we're going on the if it's meant to be it will be fine thinking

I hope it goes away though i hate to be scared

That is how I feel too. I remember feeling this way with my other pregnancies also.

Absolutely. I had all the symptoms of PMS, and was a bitch on wheels.

It passes, despite my current mood. <<<<----------

I'm have the same thing. I keep running to the washroom to check and it's always fine.

I think until we are further along I'm going to be constantly examining my TP

could this mean it's ectopic?? how quick can they see the sac on the scan?
Popping in from Feb ddc! Yes, I felt like I was going to get my period for several weeks after my :bfp. And I did have a teeny bit of spotting during week 6.

they can see the sac really early. and a friend of mine had an ectopic-- she was in extraordinary pain- way more than just cramps. she actually passed out from the pain.

Oh my!!! I pray it's not that.

Maybe they can do an earlier scan? I'm only 4 weeks but worried now

First a

17.6 is within the normal range. Here's a chart that may help:
http://www.justmommies.com/articles/...regnancy.shtml

I had cramping w/ DD until my 12th week. With this one, I had AF type cramping off/on until last week. I even had cramping so bad that I thought I was going to m/c again. I didn't spot to my surprise.

I also took progesterone w/ DD. My progesterone was 12 before I started taking Prometrium. When I was preggo in March. My progesterone was really low so I started taking a different type of Prometrium (it was more like a gel cap and I swear my first Prometrium was a tablet...the gel one made me feel so dizzy and tired...I hated taking it but did anyways...I never had any problems with the tablet making me feel different).

Cramping is very common and heck...I wouldn't think I was preggo if I didn't have cramping cause I always have it during pregnancy

Here's an article on ectopic pregnancy. Symptoms don't usually show up until 6-8 weeks.

Oh and it's normal to feel wet down there during pregnancy too

They told me to take the progestrone anyway, and 1 pill )the gel) made me really dizzy

I rang back to see about how to monitor it but OB never rang back, after 2 days

I was about 9dpo when they did the prog level

I REALLY feel like AF is coming, in a bad way. It sucks... I have cramps, I'm weepy, and I just feel "periody" for lack of other words. The good news is that my cervix had really felt open, like AF was going to start, and now it is closed.
And as of yesterday, AF is late anyway.

Still scared.

I had every possible pre-AF sign in the world right before I was expecting AF. TMI alert but I could even smell the blood. I knew knew knew AF was coming. Then the next day all the symptoms were gone. And the day after that I got the sore boobs, nausea, fatigue, etc. Anna, I'd say if you are that near to your regular AF time, it's not a very reliable indicator.

I feel that way too. The cramping isn't so bad, t's more like a nervous flutter. But I really feel wet, like I normally do about a week before my period gets here.
