My Three year old has this area around her mouth that is pimply. It starts under her nose and comes down around the right side of her mouth. It gets irritated when washed or touched and basically gets a little more red. Most are tiny red elevated bumps but there are a couple that look like they may have some white inside, but they are so small it's hard to tell.

She has had this for about a month and it comes and goes (but never fully pimple free) and today seems to be at it's worst. I have kept her face and hands clean but it just seems to stick around. Is there anything I could put on it? Does anyone have any idea if it could be more than a minor skin irritation?

TIA
