Does anyone have a good resource for supplementing during pregnancy or TTC? I feel like I need some guidance, but I don't know where to start. Does anyone know of a good book or website?

I'll list what I'm currently taking, just in case someone sees that there's something I shouldn't be.

AM: rainbow light calcium/magnesium/Vit.D
Vit. C

Lunch: multivitamin (not prenatal)
fish oil capsule
B complex supplement

PM: rainbow light calcium/magnesium/Vit.D
