Can I freeze totally prepared chicken parmasean?
FWIW i make my chx parama by dipping it in egg, then bread crumbs and then frying it. Then i put tomato sauce on top, and then cheese.
I am worried teh frying and the sauce might make it soggy when reheating it. Does anyone have experience. I have tried searching but can't seem to find anything - except one thing that says freeze the components separatly? help I gotta do this in about an hour!
