Has anyone read this book? Here's a little bit about what it's about if you haven't from the website, www.becominggod.org

"So what is this book about exactly?

Everyone yearns to understand the meaning of life. Whether consciously or sub-consciously, everyone is deeply perplexed about who or what God is, where we came from, and where we are going when we die. These are important questions and we shouldn’t feel bad for asking them nor exploring different ideas about them. On the contrary, we should only feel bad for not exploring them.

I cannot think of a more profound question than what could possibly be the meaning and purpose of our existence. Religion teaches us that everything just “is” and science longs to discover “why”. At the end of this book you will have a clearer understanding that both camps are right. You will understand “why” it just” “is”.

Beyond this, asking these questions and exploring the answers will enable you to gain a completely different view of your life. For the first time, you will have control over your destiny in a far more profound way than you ever thought possible. This book will present to you a scientific analysis and the mechanics of the meaning of life. By understanding the mechanics of how something works we can maintain it, fix it and fine-tune it for the highest performance possible. What I mean by the mechanics of the meaning of life is having a clear understanding of our purpose and the mechanism guiding us towards it. As I will show you in this book, your being or existence is no accident and you do serve a purpose within the universe. You contribute through thought and action to an ever-growing mind, the mind of the universe itself. This is the book the world has long been waiting for."

Very inspiring, thought provoking, and life changing!

Have you read it? It looks great - I've read lots of Deepak, lots of Dyer, listened to LOADS of Abraham, much of other stuff too. this looks like that, but maybe takes it further? Explores it further. I am very tempted to buy it ... but I do have a b'day coming up in a few months. I am loving the interview of him on the website!

Yes, I've read it and can't wait to read it again! I generally don't read anything twice but this one I will (once I get it back...I've got a few people waiting to borrow it). It was absolutely amazing, I read it nonstop (as much as possible with the kids) for three days, and was on, what I can only really describe as an amazing high after finishing it. It really helps bring it (consciousness creates reality, law of attraction, quantum physics, multiverse, string theory, etc.) all together in a very easily understandable, story-like way. I believe the ABRAHAM teachings explain a little why and how the Law of Attraction, manifestion, etc. work but for the most part it is expected to just know and believe that it is working (and the writings are so full of knowledge and love that it is inconceivable that they are not true) but this book really helps you to understand why and the big picture.
Buy the book and read it...I promise you won't be disappointed!
I would be thrilled to have someone else to discuss it with because it really does change everything and opens up the mind for many questions.
The next book I'm reading (I've misplaced it but am anxious to find and continue reading) is "Consciousness Is All: Now Life Is Completely New" by Peter Francis Dziuban which was turning out to be the perfect follow up to "Becoming God". The next book I'm ordering and really looking forward to reading is "I Am That: Talks with Sri Nisargadatta". Check them all out on Amazon!
Thought I'd give you a little list since your bd's coming up.
