PP Migraines?

anyone else having problems with these? I'd chalk it up to the stress of a 2 year old who's suddenly discovered her ability to whine, but considering I've always had hormone induced migraines and these ones are doozies, I'm thinking it's more than that. A couple of times now I've resorted to a couple tylenol with codeine once I know baby's down for a 3 hour stretch so there's optimum time for the meds to get through my system before nursing again. It takes the edge off, but not much else. I'm at a loss on how to deal with them. I'm currently on day 3 of a migraine and the thought of ramming my head into a wall until I pass out is quickly becoming a viable pain relief option.

I have had a couple since birth, and that combined with my off/on bleeding has my MW talking about starting progesterone (sp? nak) cream to even out my hormones. I haven't really done my research yet, but when I know more I'll let you know.

Caffine is my best friend when I am suffering from a migraine. Be sure to drink lots and lots of water. I hope this one passes quickly.
