Tandeming mommies, have you had these issues

I'm tandem nursing and although it is mostly going well, I have come across a few issues. One is oversupply, I'm not sure if this is due to the tandeming or that I just produce extra (I over produced by 10oz a day with DD for 6-9 months). Two is a fore/hind milk imbalance for DS (the new baby). He's had a few green poops today and am worried about an imbalance. And last one of my boobs is producing way more milk then the other, I know it's normal but I'm starting to notice a difference in size when engorged and I don't want it to be permenant. Anyone else having these issues? How have you dealth with them? Any suggestions?

Yeah, I have oversupply issues, too.

I'm getting good at juggling the block feeding with my toddler's needs - so I'll get her to drain a side before I switch the baby to that side. It's actually working better than block feeding with just a baby did, because the toddler will drain a painfully engogred side in one feeding where the baby won't.

I've found pumping is TERRIBLE for stimulating more supply for me. If I pump once I'll be painfully engorged on that side for days.
