Please, mamas, send my little bean . I'm around 11 weeks, the m/s began lifting 2 days ago. I was starting to feel so much better. I thought it was the diclectin working, and that I'd soon be onto a happy 2nd trimester. But then I began bleeding pretty heavily late this afternoon. Of course now I think the feeling better was actually a bad sign. Ultrasound in the morning. I am sad but trying to stay calm. Just in case that might help. But of course, I just don't know. Things, though, don't look good. I've bled a lot. Bright red. :

Not in your DDC, but I too bled right around that time due to a subchorionic hemorrhage. Sounds worse than it is, but around 11 weeks when the placenta attaches to the uterine wall (about the time m/s starts easing) it can trap a little blister of blood that will from time to time bleed until the bubble of blood is gone, or until your body absorbs it. In most cases this is completely harmless to you and the baby.

I will keep you and your precious baby in my thoughts and I hope tomorrow's scan reveals a beautiful little baby with a beating heart, and a harmless explanation for the bleeding.
