There, now doesn't that feel better? And knowing we have all dropped our oars and no one cares anymore when it's fixed, it should be fixed within moments. GUS works fast when we drop the oars.

And by the way....enjoy flowing downstream!!!

One more thing about our lovely blonde:

She helped me reminisce about long ago, when I would wear something on my back other than a squirmy toddler.

Back from Ethiopian - had a lovely time. But now DS2 won't go down for his nap, so I think I might go the the yarn store and buy some yarn to make a scarf and hat for myself. I was thinking this for the hat. Which version should I do - the yellow or the reddish orange (not which color, which version of the pattern)?

The scarf I'm going to make is one that I made for a friend. It's hard to see in this picture, but it's a chunky lace scarf. It has funky holes in it. I am not going to add the fuzzy yarn though. Not really me.

I'm having some big insights into my views on health. It's been great to do some meditating where I can really get to the bottom of things.

I like the yellow pattern - it seems to be moving up. The other one feels down like an acorn cap.

Good afternoon! :

So it turned out I ended up with a total of 12 days off from work. :: But I ended up going this morning and I have to go back again tonight. I was able to see what my life would be like without that job. I liked it! It's lighting a fire under me to get going again on the fostering process. I've started up another round of PHONE TAG.

In the meantime, I'm getting some serious work done! I've cleaned out 2 closets in my front entry and this afternoon I'm going to look for shelving.

Cuz, yeah, I was thinking it'd be nice to do something fun and when I got home from work, there was a message from my mom. They decided this morning ()to come to town today. And we're all going shopping and out to dinner! Mom, sister, niece. And that little girl ALWAYS puts a smile on my face.

I'd like to think I manifested it. Yay! Fun day for me!
