Letter to congresspeople

I assume someone out there has written to their Congresspeople regarding various lactivism topics (banning formula bags in hospitals, WHO code, etc etc). Forgive me if this is a silly idea or if it's already been mentioned. I don't post on MDC often (but I lurk A LOT ).

I was thinking that it would be great if someone had a "form letter" to distribute with all the important citations and web links, etc. Then, those of us with lactivist hearts but not necessarily ALL of the info would be able to do something. We could simply fill in our congressperson's name, sign and send. That way we're not all re-inventing the wheel.

Anyone?

There was a Lactivist lobby thread a while ago which I'm sorry I don't have time right now to find. MamaBear1976 has a fantastic post on her blog about lobbying, particularly to get the Breastfeeding Promotion Act passed:

Every letter must help!
