My friend is coming over tonight to see the baby for the first time and to watch birth videos!!! (her home birth from 2 years ago, mine from 3 weeks ago )

So birth videos...has anyone else watched theres over and over again? I am so proud and in awe of mine. Unfortunately, its too graphic to post online

I've watched minea couple of times. But seeing how it shows some of the unpleasantries of the pushing stage...I won't be sharing.

The stupid hospital wouldn't let us video. We tried, but they caught us and made us turn it off. I am SO disappointed. In the heat of the moment, I couldn't look to see what was happening and was really counting on the video. He was born in the caul, too, and I would have LOVED to have seen it.:

If anyone wants to share theirs, I love watching birth videos.

I'm sorry The same thing happened with my daughters birth. We weren't allowed to have any cameras on during the birth, but I ended up having an emergency c-section and my clever husband put the camera in his pocket in the OR to at least record the audio. (which I treasure to this day )

We don't have any video OR even pictures of the birth. DH was busy freaking out and we had told the mws we didn't want/need them to take pics or video, so we have none

I don't have a video but I pretty much have the equivelent in still photos. one of my dearest friends (and an ex gf) was in the delivery room and took many many pictures of EVERY thing. there's approx 300 pics from delivery and 180 of them have my yoni in them. wow.

I LOVE looking at my pictures and dh didn't get the video camera working until right after he was born. My mom has a short video too. I just treasure looking at them!
