Guidelines/Laws in the US about pushing formula on new moms?

Are their specific laws in the US about what formula companies can and cannot do in terms of pushing their product on new mothers (especially ones who've acknowledged their intent to breastfeed)?

There are not laws, but there is a code of marketing which should be honored (although it is often violated) you can read it here:
