Photography props?

Hi everyone,

I'm not a photographer by any stretch of the imagination but we have one that we love. We are taking our soon-to-be one year old in for a session with her - only thing is that she has just recently left the studio she was working for and is now working out of her home. So she has only a very small supply of props while she builds up her stash. She asked me to bring some things from home but I'm having a mind-blank. The only thing I've though of so far are the baby's playsilks that the kids made for him for Christmas and a cloth diaper (gotta love those diaper bums!). Other than that ???

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm a part time photographer, but I'm not much into props. I have a number of small chairs and other things to sit on, but I prefer to focus the pictures on the kids. Bring in a bundle of helium balloons maybe? Here's a one year old:
