My uterus is tilted all the way to the right side of my abdomen, causing my cervix to be all the way against the left side
Has anyone else had this issue? My midwives said I will probably have very severe menstrual like cramps before I ever go into labor because my uterus is going to try & straighten itself out. That doesn't sound like fun...
I've been trying to massage her over to the other side & I almost always lay on my left side but it doesn't seems to be working at all. Maybe all my intestines are over there blocking the way??

I wonder if some baby spinning exercises (like being hands and knees) would help position the babe and uterus position better? Sorry, not sure!

I haven't had any complications with birth bc of it. hth!

I also heard that your uterus should straighten out long before labor, but not sure.
