So busy here! Finally got a chance to sit for awhile. Today I have been up and down and up and down and gone and gone and gone!

Going out to eat tonight for ds#1's birthday. His real birthday is next week-end, but he won't be home then. He'll be 21!!! He grew up! Big time.

We have that whole 4th of July thing going on tomorrow.

What's everyone else up to these days?

I don't know what else to say :
Alejandra is a really pretty name! So is Alee.

I was ( am still ) a SAHM, though my children are much older now. Do you like being at home?

Two is a fun age! :

Do you like Phoenix? Is your dh cute? Do you have pets? What do you like to read?

Nosey, aren't I?

I'm 52. I have two boys. Ds#1 will be 21 next week-end and ds#2 will be 15 in August. I LOVE to read, watch movies and I am a very lazy gardener. My dh is a cutie still after all these years. What else? Um, I have never eaten a real fluffernutter sandwich. I am not even really sure what they ARE!

Thanks, it's pretty common in the spanish speaking world though.
I like it yes, but sometimes I wish I could go back to school. I mean, I can, DH is not forcing me to stay at home, it's my choice. But then I think of DS, he's not going to like staying with my mom all day. I mean he enjoys grandma but he's very attached to me and the picture of DS crying his eyes out for me just makes me...
cringe

THE TERRIBLE TWO!!!:

Phoenix is very hot, I'm dying of dehydration one of these days. Nah, not really, I moved here when I was 15, so I'm pretty used to it right now...
I think

Heck you wanna bet he's cute
He's more than that, he's darn sexy He's french, Oh lala

Nah, I dont have pets, I don't like them, DH dislikes me a little for that He brought a little dog some months ago, but it "disappeared". Now, you are going to think that I'm an animal killer or something, nah, I gave the puppy to my neighbor without Dh's permission and he got all mad

I love all kinds of books, except those Indiana Jones books, cant stand them.

Your babies( yea babies) are big!! I can't imagine when DS is my age, I don't even want to think about it

I like to bake, cook, read, wath Desperate Housewives, Dr House and Law and Order SVU. I don't share my recipes, they are secret, years of experimenting

Welcome Aleo

My mom lives in phx.. and i used to live in tucson so i get the hot summer deal... i left there dec 2000 to come back to canada and i am glad.. no offense but i like 4 seasons...

You would hate our house... it seems quite animaly as they outnumber the humans...

anyways i am tired... u will notice i say that alot.. i work as a nurse so my schedule is all over the place...

BTW i hate headaches.. and they are annoying me...
Tb, hope you can relax a bit now that the wkend is done.

Trish, Hope you get some sleep and some headache free time. Don't work too hard.

Tig, I can't beleive that you are so close to almost your due time! Wow the time has gone by so fast.

Alee, it's nice to get to know you.

dd3 will be 3yrs next sunday. I need to get on the ball and start shopping for her b-day party and her gift. We're going to do a pool(if it's nice outside) party. If not, then just an ordinary party. lol The big girls, dd1(6.5yrs old) and dd2(5yrs old), already bought their gifts. It was simplier for them to find the gifts. lol

nice to meet you

i like house and csi, and ncis shows too. i'm a dool fan too, though i guess not an addict as i only watch about once a week, lol.

i'm married to my high school sweetie. we've been together since 1990 and married since 96. he is an emt-i and volunteer firefighter. i'm a sahm too. our kids are 9(boy) and 6 (girl) and we're unexpectedly expecting a little boy in 8 weeks and change. we're dog-lovers here, though dd has a soft spot for kitties, so we have 2 of them also. she loves horses too, but we won't be getting one, rofl.

Oooo! YAY! : A newbie!! Welcome!!! Hmm, doesn't seem that anyone has told you the embarrassing story part of the initiation? Of course, it could be that they only made me do that?

I have to catch up here. Things have been hectic and crazy lately and I've been neglecting you all! I will be back after dedicating some serious reading to see what everyone is up to.

mom2tigNroo, hope your dd is better soon! Thanks for posting the link...I knew there was marshmallow fluff involved, but was fuzzy on what else might be included!

QotM! :

Sandrine, they grow up SO FAST. Seriously.

Alee, yep, an embarrassing story is required. :

Tricia, hope your headaches are getting better. Are you done having tests? Could they be stress related? You are soooo busy...I'd be stressed out if I were you! Your schedule leaves me breathless just reading about it!

I am hungry, but nothing sounds good for breakfast. Plus I am trying to get back on the Feingold wagon, which isn't that hard, it's just...nothing sounds good. Well, potato chips sound good, but um, that doesn't count as breakfast. :
