I have it out from the library right now but I don't know what to try! What are your favorite things?

Thanks!

This is what I can think of off the top of my head--

Cumin Lime chicken (I make bone in thighs)
Basalmic rosemary chicken
Mustard tahini dressing (YUM!)
Cherry Gel (I make something just about the same)
Kale recipes-- I really like the greens recipes in general.
Date chocolates

Hmm, I'll go through my book by sections and see what I like.

Eggs

DH hates eggs, so I haven't done any of those recipes

Seafood
ditto (but I keep eyeing those shrimp kabobs and the tuna waldorf salad)

Poultry
*roasted smoky turkey breast is yummy (I made the variation using legs instead of breasts)
*moroccan spiced chicken thighs are good but need tweaking; the spice mix itself is very good, but you should really mix it with olive oil to make a paste and then coat the chicken with that instead of with just the dry spices
*chicken breasts in spicy peanut sauce is very good
*stewed chicken w/zucchini, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes was NOT a hit around here
*basic herbed turkey burgers are yummy
*broth is good

Meat

*pork chops w/cranberry, onion, and chipotle were NOT a hit (but I did mess with the recipe a little, so it might be my fault)
*herbed meatballs and herbed burgers are both good
*beef and vegetable stew is good

Leafy Greens
*any of the greens recipes are good as long as you like onions and/or mushrooms (DH doesn't like either one unfortunately so I don't get to make them as written)
*broccoli and avocado soup is a little weird
*broc and cauli w/sun-dried tomatoes and basil vinaigrette was not that great

Salads
*nutty apple and green salad is yum
*chicken, sweet potato, and green salad is yum
*cole slaw is yum (I make it with the mustard tahini sauce option)

Roots
*ABC bisque; I loved it, DH did not
*roasted carrots are really good
*ginger, squash, and apple soup is really nice
*squash pudding pie is good
*silver dollar sweet potatoes are good

Sauces
*moroccan spice mix is tasty
*mustard-tahini dressing is a definite favorite, I make it alllll the time
*spicy peanut sauce is yummy
*homemade mayo is good, but I use light olive oil in mine

Fruit
*chocolate-avocado mousse is pretty good but had a different texture than what I was expecting
*cranberry-apple compote is good

Nuts
*my favorite macaroons are a huge hit (I usually make the chocolate version)
*cocoa-coconut pots de creme are very good
*raisin-glazed chestnuts are good if you like chestnuts

Protein Snacks
haven't made any because I don't use egg white protein powder

Jerky
haven't tried any

Beverages
*iced ginger elixir is great if you are a spicy ginger fan
*low-carb lemonade is good
