What song did you and your partner do your first dance to? Is it still a special song or do you wish you chose something else?

We still love it and we're glad we chose that song!

Have you seen the YouTube video of the couple who recreated the final dance from Dirty Dancing at their wedding? It's the UK version - amazing to put that much choreography into your first dance!!

aww, i never liked that song at all until my dh sang it to me the night before he had to leave the country for 6ish months while i was pregnant! :

we don't have enough friends to have a proper wedding but "our song" is Sweet Forgiveness by Negative (which nobody knows, probably )

(sorry, I have a chip on my shoulder about John Mayer. I hate that guy!)

Our first dance was to the theme from the Princess Bride - "Storybook Love". The lyrics to the song are so lovely, and both the movie and the book have special meaning to us. I still get misty eyed and feel all gooshy inside when I listen to that song.

: FWIW, my middle & high school won a contest for the most school spirit on a local radio station to have Firehouse come and perform a concert for us special. Me & all my skater friends got drunk and went to rock out at the concert. It was HILARIOUS!
